Surgical guide-system for vertebral surgery
PERSIC
The custom-designed and 3D-printed surgical guide system allows surgical operations on the spine to be performed much more accurately and safely. The drilling guide precisely marks the location, direction, and depth of the channels.
Different guides are made for certain regions of the spine, adapting to the anatomy of the vertebrae. Accordingly, a guide can be made for 4 different regions according to your needs:
- PERSIC-C for the cervical area
- PERSIC-T for the thoracic area
- PERSIC-L for the lumbar area
- PERSIC-S for the sacral area
The guides are always sold in sets, i.e. the package contains double the number of guides. One set can be used for practice (or as a safety backup) and the other one is for the surgery.
In all cases, the drilling guides are marked with the dimensions (diameters) of the drill bits to be used for drilling, in addition to the unique identifiers.
